On earth, Antarctica is the coldest place and no humans reside over there. The coldest temperatures are recorded in winter in Antarctica. The modern weather stations were set up in Antarctica, the coldest temperatures recorded was in Siberia-68°C was recorded at Verkhoyansk in 1892. Verkhoyansk is inland from the Arctic Ocean, and a long way from any other sea. Verkhoymu holds the record for experiencing the extreme temperature range from a coldest winter temperature of -68°C to a hottest summer temperature of 36.7°C.
